Important Information Before Booking
Please note: All readings are simply a guide. You always have free will and can make any changes in your life that you wish. During a reading, I will not give specific Health, Legal, or Financial advice. A reading does not compel you to take any specific action it only makes suggestions. These suggestions should be weighed up along with other known information in regard to your specific situation. I treat all my clients as intelligent adults who are able to use their common sense. In the eyes of the law a reading should be for entertainment purposes only and how you respond to the information given during a reading is entirely your responsibility. Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product, or service.
Recording or taping your session with Alexandre is strictly prohibited unless permission is given by Alexandre.
No public posting of your session is permitted on any website or social media unless permission is given by Alexandre
The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted
Please note that due to Alexandre's busy and often changing schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.
Sessions with Alexandre are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges
Alexandre Michael reserves the right to terminate a reading if he feels that the subject or subjects are being disruptive, disrespectful, or uncooperative. If a session is terminated because of such actions, no refunds will be issued and any money paid for the session will be forfeited.
Before commencing my psychic reading, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to hold Alexandre Michael harmless and hereby release and remise Alexandre Michael from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever, and/or negligence that may result from any psychic reading.

Cancelation Policy
No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our provider, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please message Alexandre Michael as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us between the hours of 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your /textcall as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.
For new clients’ appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new or initial client fee.

Clienții trebuie să aibă 18 ani sau mai mult pentru a rezerva, primi și/sau cumpăra o lectură, un produs sau un serviciu.

Înregistrarea sau înregistrarea sesiunii cu Alexandre este strict interzisă, cu excepția cazului în care Alexandre ia permisiunea.

Nicio postare publică a sesiunii dvs. nu este permisă pe niciun site web sau rețele sociale, cu excepția cazului în care Alexandre dă permisiunea

Utilizarea difuzorului în timpul sesiunii nu este permisă

Vă rugăm să rețineți că, din cauza programului încărcat și adesea în schimbare al lui Alexandre, uneori biroul nostru poate fi nevoit să vă reprogramați programarea.

Sesiunile cu Alexandre sunt considerate bunuri/servicii digitale și nu există rambursări sau schimburi

Alexandre Michael își rezervă dreptul de a încheia o lectură dacă consideră că subiectul sau subiecții sunt perturbatori, lipsiți de respect sau lipsiți de cooperare. Dacă o sesiune este încheiată din cauza unor astfel de acțiuni, nu vor fi emise rambursări și orice bani plătiți pentru sesiune vor fi reținuți.
Înainte de a începe citirea mea psihică, am luat în considerare toate cele de mai sus și sunt de acord să-l țin inofensiv pe Alexandre Michael și, prin prezenta, îl eliberez și îl deschid pe Alexandre Michael de orice pretenții, cereri, procese pentru daune, vătămări sau complicații de orice fel și/sau neglijență care poate rezulta din orice lectură psihică.
