Important Information Before Booking
Please note: All readings are simply a guide. You always have free will and can make any changes in your life that you wish. During a reading, I will not give specific Health, Legal, or Financial advice. A reading does not compel you to take any specific action it only makes suggestions. These suggestions should be weighed up along with other known information in regard to your specific situation. I treat all my clients as intelligent adults who are able to use their common sense. In the eyes of the law a reading should be for entertainment purposes only and how you respond to the information given during a reading is entirely your responsibility. Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product, or service.
Recording or taping your session with Alexandre is strictly prohibited unless permission is given by Alexandre.
No public posting of your session is permitted on any website or social media unless permission is given by Alexandre
The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted
Please note that due to Alexandre's busy and often changing schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.
Sessions with Alexandre are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges
Alexandre Michael reserves the right to terminate a reading if he feels that the subject or subjects are being disruptive, disrespectful, or uncooperative. If a session is terminated because of such actions, no refunds will be issued and any money paid for the session will be forfeited.
Before commencing my psychic reading, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to hold Alexandre Michael harmless and hereby release and remise Alexandre Michael from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever, and/or negligence that may result from any psychic reading.

Cancelation Policy
No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our provider, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please message Alexandre Michael as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us between the hours of 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your /textcall as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.
For new clients’ appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new or initial client fee.

Deze suggesties moeten worden afgewogen tegen andere bekende informatie over uw specifieke situatie. Ik behandel al mijn cliënten als intelligente volwassenen die hun gezond verstand kunnen gebruiken. In de ogen van de wet mag een lezing alleen voor amusementsdoeleinden zijn en hoe u reageert op de informatie die tijdens een lezing wordt gegeven, is geheel uw verantwoordelijkheid. Klanten moeten 18 jaar of ouder zijn om een lezing, product of dienst te kunnen boeken, ontvangen en/of kopen.

Het is ten strengste verboden om uw sessie met Alexandre op te nemen of op te nemen, tenzij u hiervoor toestemming heeft gegeven door Alexandre.

Het is niet toegestaan om uw sessie openbaar te posten op een website of sociale media, tenzij Alexandre hiervoor toestemming heeft gegeven

Het gebruik van de speakerphone tijdens uw sessie is niet toegestaan

Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege het drukke en vaak wisselende schema van Alexandre, ons kantoor soms uw afspraak moet verplaatsen.

Sessies met Alexandre worden beschouwd als digitale goederen/diensten en er zijn geen terugbetalingen of uitwisselingen

Alexandre Michael behoudt zich het recht voor om een lezing te beëindigen als hij vindt dat de proefpersoon of proefpersonen storend, respectloos of niet meewerkend zijn. Als een sessie vanwege dergelijke acties wordt beëindigd, wordt er geen restitutie verleend en wordt het geld dat voor de sessie is betaald, verbeurd verklaard.
Voordat ik met mijn paranormale lezing begon, heb ik al het bovenstaande overwogen, en ik ga ermee akkoord Alexandre Michael te vrijwaren en hierbij Alexandre Michael te vrijwaren en te vrijwaren van alle claims, eisen, rechtszaken voor schadevergoeding, voor letsel of complicaties wat dan ook, en/of nalatigheid die kan het gevolg zijn van elke paranormale lezing.
